Yokohama Chinatown

One chilly Saturday, My Better Half and I took our son out to Chinatown in Yokohama to explore. With no plans and no place to be, we set off toward the city to wander & sightsee. There were so many incredible things to see, from the statues to the temples, to the colorful lanterns lining the streets that the photographs from the day don’t even do it justice.

While MBH & I were busy sightseeing, our son was sound asleep, knocked out from a busy morning and a train ride full of entertaining his Japanese co-passengers. This is what he got to see of Chinatown.

Come February, the Chinese New Year celebrations begin and we’re looking forward to heading back!
